So far, the new-look Indian team led by Suryakumar Yadav has had a flawless series and entertained fans in the first two games. The World Champions won the series opener by seven wickets with 8.1 overs to spare in Gwalior. Later, they won the second match by a huge margin of 86 runs.
While the results have gone India's way, it is the team's fearless and aggressive style of play that has captured the imagination of fans. Hence, there is obvious excitement in Hyderabad for the game, but locals will have to hope that the weather gods relent on them.

According to weather.com, there is 50% chance of rain on the day of the match. However, the forecast gets better during the time of the match. There is a 34% chance of rain at 7:30 but the percentages decrease later in the night.

As far as the match is concerned, India are set to give their bench strength a chance. Assistance coach Ryan Ten Doeschate stated that the Men in Blue wanted to try new faces after winning the series and gave a big hint that Harshit Rana will make his debut. However, he also revealed that Sanju Samson is set to retain his spot in the playing XI despite repeated failures.
